Ken McGee

Ken brings over 30 years’ experience to the table and has a real passion for the Manufactured and Modular Home industry. He has held a number of positions with the North Carolina Manufactured and Modular Home Association and currently serves as Retailer Representative for North Carolina. Ken has owned and operated several retail locations over the years and has been selected by the North Carolina. Manufactured and Modular Homebuilders Association and the Manufactured Housing Institute in Washington, DC, and the as the number one retailer in North Carolina and in the entire USA!. However, he says his most prestigious award was the “Energy Achievement Award,” given to him by Duke Energy Progress. “This award will live on in the utility bills of my homeowners forever” he says. Five years from now, no one will remember that I was the number one retailer, nationwide, but each month when my homeowners pay their power bills, they will remember and be happy they purchased their home from my company. As far as Ken’s personal interests, he likes to carry on about his family. He has four daughters and two grandchildren and says he loves to spend all his free time supporting their hobbies. From Fast Pitch Softball and Volleyball to Barrel Racing with their horses, they keep him hopping! “There is nothing in the world more important than family. I can’t think of a better investment a man can make than spending time with and supporting his family” Ken says. He has been married to his wife, Joy, for 27 years and says the key to their happiness has been trust, communication, and compromise! “You have to be a special person to be married to someone in this business” he says!

Patsy and her husband, Ted, have been married for 24 years. They have six children and eight grandchildren to keep their life exciting! Mark Craft

Mark Craft has been with the Greenfield Family since July 2006. He has been married to his lovely wife Debbie for 35 years and has 2 children and one grandchild. His 22 year military experience in the United State Air Force has served him well in his capacity as Construction Manager for Greenfield. Mark "cracks the whip" on the back end to get all aspects of the construction phase completed in a remarkably short period of time. "There's no substitute for honesty and integrity when dealing with my customers and my contractors" Mark says, "Say what you are going to do and do what you say you're going to do" is his motto. Brian comes to us as a Residential Home Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. He is also seasoned real estate professional with several years of sales experience in various capacities.
